Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple’s App Store. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.
- If an active purchase is not recognized, use “Restore Purchases” in MilkClock.
- For billing history, cancellation, or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase and subscription tools.
- Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may not be available to accounts that previously used an introductory offer in the same subscription group.

Reminders and Live Activities
Notifications and Live Activities depend on iOS permissions, device support, and system settings. Check that notifications and Live Activities are enabled for MilkClock in iOS Settings, then start an active bottle timer.
Finishing or discarding a timer ends its MilkClock reminders and Live Activity. If an old Live Activity remains visible, reopen MilkClock so it can reconcile the current timer state.
Important guidance information
MilkClock is a timing aid. It does not determine whether breast milk or formula is safe and is not medical advice. Follow current official guidance, formula manufacturer instructions, and advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
